We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you have changed your mind or are not entirely happy with an item that you have received you can return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. It is important that you contact us before sending your item(s) so that we can authorise your return. Failure to do so may result in your refund being denied.
Return delivery charges must be met by the customer, and adequate insurance must be provided. Unwanted goods that are returned damaged may result in your refund being denied. It is recommended you retain all packaging in the event of a return. We cannot send out extra packaging for returns.
We will refund your payment card once we have received and processed the returned item(s) as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Depending on the card issuer it may take up to 5 days for the refund to show in your account.
